I grew up here in SC, but spent most of my years in Oregon as a certified master automotive mechanic, owning several repair shops. After many years in that industry, it was time for a change. I became interested in Massage therapy after discovering firsthand how much massage can help the body, mind and spirit. In 2007, I sold my shop, moved to Hawaii and enrolled at the Maui Academy of Healing Arts. I became a licensed therapist in 2008 in Hawaii and had a beach side practice there until family called so I moved here in 2014, got my SC license and have been practicing here since. I absolutely love what I do. I’m excited to be a part of the Carolina School of Massage & Wellness Center.
I try to customize each massage to my client’s individual needs, so I blend a lot of techniques to try to get the best results possible. I trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofacial release, Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi, Sports and Prenatal massage. I also completed level 1 with Craniosacral therapy.
With a background of fixing cars, I really enjoy doing the same with human bodies, analyzing causes of discomfort and working hard to fix it. I can do a relaxing massage to put you to sleep and I can help relieve any aches or pains you have. I’m skilled at relieving lower & upper back pain, neck, shoulder and hip pains. I use different pressures, light to deep and stretches depending on the need and your wishes.
